Modern society has no time for cooking. There is no time for cooking with saucepans, pressure cookers or frying pans. New life styles have created new eating habits
and a greater consumption of prepared foods.
Today many people eat out; there is more gastronomic interest and greater demands from the kitchen. From the nutritional point of view we are living through a big
revolution. Combined with this, people do not want to lose the taste of traditional home cooking.
In order to meet these demands, HRS is trying to overcome the difficulties of industrial scale cooking, to improve it in order to come closer to what we have been
cooking for decades in our kitchens at home.
