HRS Spiratube has specialised in the design, manufacture and installation of Thermal processing plant for Food Industry products
for aseptic filling, hot or cold which has given us wide experience in these types of processes.
The new designs developed substantially improve the productivity of the installations and the final quality of the products processed. We would highlight the piston pump, the Unicus® dynamic scraped surface heat exchanger,
the Spiratube® corrugated tube heat exchangers, and the
HRS aseptic filler.
We highlight below the most important attributes for each of these products:
- The Piston Pump which does not damage the shape, texture or integrity of the fruit pieces and does not break them due to the delicate treatment
in the pump.
- Deaeration System especially designed to take account of the properties of the product being processed be it fruit or vegetable pieces, pulp or
puree... which completely eliminate the air obtained in the bulk of the product, thus avoiding the undesirable oxidations which alter the organic and nutritional
properties of the product.
- Thermal treatment appropriate to the type of product. The correct selection of the heat exchanger best suited to the process in each case such
as the Unicus®, dynamic scraped surface heat exchanger or Spiratube® corrugated tube heat exchangers.
- Natural products. The high efficiency of the thermal treatment sections ensure that the product always receives the correct amount of heating.
The organic properties (taste, colour, aroma and structure) and nutritional properties (vitamin and mineral contents) are similar to the fresh fruit or vegetable.
- Rigorous and reliable control of the whole process. HRS Spiratube incorporate in their installations very sophisticated but easy to use software
which allows very precise control over all operations within the installation. The control system can be adapted to every requirement of the process thanks to the
appropriate selection of hardware components and the 'made to measure' nature of the software developed in conjunction with the client to suit his installation
and existing systems.
